Call Aura provides SMS text messaging strictly for appointment and patient care communications. We comply with TCPA, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC messaging requirements.

By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Call Aura under the terms below.

  1. Types of Messages
    If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages related to your existing dental appointments, including:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling or rescheduling updates
• Post-visit care instructions
• Billing or insurance notifications related to your visit

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments.
Messages are strictly transactional.
No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.

  1. How You Provide Consent
    You may opt in through one of the following methods:

A. Website Forms
When submitting your phone number on our appointment request or patient intake forms, the following disclosure appears:

“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Call Aura. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of treatment.”

SMS messages are sent only after the form is submitted.

B. Verbal Consent (In Office or By Phone)
Before enrolling a patient in SMS notifications, staff use the following script:

“May we send you appointment reminders and care-related updates by text message from Call Aura? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not required for treatment. Do you agree to receive these messages?”

Text messages are sent only after the patient provides a clear affirmative response (such as “Yes”).

Consent is documented in the patient management system with date and time.

    Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.

  2. How to Opt Out
    You may opt out at any time by replying:

STOP – to unsubscribe
HELP – for assistance

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you provide consent again.
